Locate my order
We are a small business and we package every single item lovingly, by hand. We aim to get your item in the post within 24 hours, and you should receive regular email updates regarding the status of your order. If you’re worried about its whereabouts and are trying to locate your order, please email hello@weareherehear.com quoting your name and order number.
Accessing digital files
When you have bought one of our downloads, on-screen instructions will appear with instructions on how to save and download your files. If you’re having trouble accessing your digital files or MP3s, please email nicola@weareherehear.com quoting your name and order number.
Wholesale
For wholesale enquiries or if you’d like to be-come a stockist of the Here/Hear range, please email nicola@weareherehear.com with an overview of your business or shop.
