All of our products are sent via Royal Mail second class post, unless you’ve opted for Royal Mail Tracked. You can check estimated delivery times on the Royal Mail website. For orders that are delayed (ie haven’t arrived with you by 10 days), please get in touch with us via hello@weareherehear.com with your name, email address and order number.

You most certainly can. Before you check out, please include your note in the notes section and we will ensure a handwritten message accompanies your gift. An invoice will not be included with your package, so it can be sent directly to the recipient.

We recommend beginning your hypnobirthing course anytime from your 20th week of pregnancy.

If you’re coming to hypnobirthing later on in your pregnancy, please don’t worry. Our self-paced hypnobirthing course is available to receive in its entirety on receipt of payment, meaning you can learn at a time, place and pace that suits you. Hollie also offers 1-1 power hours where you’ll have an hour to discuss anything you’d like (including pregnancy and birth!), or alternatively you may want to consider the shorter hypnobirthing essentials course, which also serves well as a hypnobirthing refresher.

All of Hollie’s courses are taught in real time over Zoom and the format works really well. However if you would like an in-person course, please take a look at our YMBP teachers page to find a teacher who is running in-person classes close to you.
