Who are you?
Hi I’m Imogen & I live in SE London (via Western Australia) with my husband Chris & our teenage son Fin & our daughter Ren. I have been supporting families with infant feeding since 2002 both as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse and more recently as a IBCLC. I offer both in person and online unbiased feeding support & feeding preparation workshops.

My last meal would be? 
Delicious dinner at Masseria Il Frantoio in Ostuni with my husband on a warm summers evening. Or if that’s not an option Lasagna.

If I could give one message to all mothers what would it be?
Be gentle with yourself

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A helicopter pilot

What’s been your most important life lesson? 
That listening is not the same as hearing
