Hypnobirthing Full Course
Book a spot on one of Hollie’s full hypnobirthing courses. Courses run over four, two-hour sessions on Monday evenings, 7-9pm GMT via Zoom. We recommend taking a course when you are around 28 weeks pregnant. If you are unsure about which course to book, just drop us a line and we can help you decide.

The course is for women only, and we recommend attending in your third trimester. The workshop runs every two months as a one-off, three-hour session run via Zoom.

This special, 70 minute workshop runs every two months as a one-off session run via Zoom. It is for women who have given birth in the last 12 weeks.
